This elearning course comprises one unit, Confidentiality, which covers how information your organisation holds about service users should be recorded, stored and disposed of in a health and social care setting.

Key legislation that relates to the handling of information is covered.  

The unit helps the learner to identify useful sources of advice about the topic as well as outlining the importance of keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
