All bespoke projects follow a process beginning with an initial consultation and ending with the launch of a new e-learning training course.

Step 1: Consult and Analyse
The first step is gaining a clear understanding of your needs. This requires thorough analysis. We discuss your objectives, establish the scope of the project and produce a budget.

Step 2: Specify and Plan
This analysis is then used to draw up a project specification which meets the needs of the target audience. We write a plan which is approved by you prior to developing the training course.

Step 3: Design and Develop
We produce an instructional design for the new training course which includes all audio and visual elements of the final product. Our team of graphic designers and programmers collaborate to develop the right look, feel and functionality of your course.

Step 4: Test and Implement
Every element of the new training course is thoroughly tested for accuracy, functionality and presentation as part of a rigorous quality control process. When you are happy with the training course we work with you to implement it.

Step 5: Monitor and Evaluate
After the training course has been launched and distributed, we work with you to monitor and evaluate its effectiveness.
