Mandatory Care Training

Mandatory Training Pack: five e-learning training courses

Our mandatory care training pack is a selection of training courses specifically aimed at providing the basic training usually delivered as part of induction training for people starting work in the health and social care sectors. The courses contained in our mandatory care training pack can also be used as a training reference for care or social workers that need to refresh or update their knowledge.

The online training courses contained in this pack provide a convenient way for learners to complete their mandatory training. Learners can access the five mandatory training courses and learn from them whenever they want by using mobile device or computer. Whilst studying the courses learners are able to leave and return to their training days or even weeks later and continue with their training from the place that they left it at the end of their previous training session.

For trainers and training managers, the five courses that make up the mandatory care training pack are supported by the powerful administration facilities provided by our Learning Learner Management System (LMS) that contain very useful tools to track the progress of learners taking any or all of the five training courses contained in the mandatory care training pack.

The five subjects included in the training pack provide a cost affective and efficient way for health and social care organisations and their staff to meet the training and legal obligations with regard mandatory training.
