This course is designed to provide learners with an awareness of the legislation and an understanding of their role in relation to child protection. It covers important areas such as abuse and neglect, alerting and disclosure, assessing risk and sharing information. Four in-depth case studies in the final unit round off the course which also contains several scenarios in other units.
