Derived from our Training Needs Analysis application TNA Plus: Workforce (see below) it will help you prioritise and target your continuing professional development (CPD) objectives. From a list of subject areas covered by our online courses, you can complete an appraisal that will be summarised in a report and e-mailed to you. This report will highlight very specific training needs identified by you in relation to the topic you choose and will also contain a voucher entitling you to a £10 discount on any one of our e-learning courses.

Health and Social Care Training Courses
We have updated the NHS Continuing Healthcare e-learning courseware in accordance with the new National Framework which took effect on 1st October. Embrace-learning has worked closely with the Department of Health to produce learning content within a health and social care training course covering all the important aspects of the National Framework including the new, fully updated, Decision Support Tool.
As part of our extensive package of health and social care training courses we are now launching the new version of the Mental Capacity Act course. This offers additional specialist units covering Acute Hospitals, Mental Health, Residential Care and Primary & Community Care. We worked together with the Department developing this course too.
